MMCA ABS Program

We're Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America, Inc. (MMCA). Through our asset-backed securitization program, we access the capital markets in order to:

• Fund our business operations
• Diversify our funding sources
• Achieve lower cost of capital
• Provide matched funding for our asset portfolio
• Achieve debt-to-equity goals

Through special purpose entities, the program issues asset-backed securities that are secured by retail installment contracts. These contracts are originated by authorized Mitsubishi Motors dealers.
