300,000 miles and still going strong.

In January, Paul of Rome, Ohio sent us a letter about his Mitsubishi Endeavor. "Today the odometer turned 300,000 miles and it runs as well today as it did when I purchased it in '04." An impressive number, especially considering the short period of time—but Paul's job servicing bank equipment takes him, and his Endeavor, all over Ohio to take care of his many customers.

Spending so much time on the road and with heavy equipment in the hatch has made Paul a bit of an expert on SUV durability. Out of all the makes and models of cars and SUV's he's had over the years, he says none has held up to his job as well as his Endeavor. His second best lasted "only" 150,000 miles, less than half the current mileage of his Mitsubishi.

What first attracted Paul to Endeavor? The value for the price. Of course, the ample space didn't hurt either; it's pretty important when you're hauling heavy equipment for literally hundreds of miles a day.

As impressed as Paul is with the quality and durability of his Endeavor, he gives a lot of credit for its amazing track record to the service department at Mentor Mitsubishi in Mentor Ohio, "They are always able and willing to help and make servicing my vehicle a breeze," says Paul.

In addition to the Endeavor, Paul also owns a 22-year-old Mitsubishi tractor, which, he's happy to report—like the Endeavor—is showing no signs of slowing down. When asked if his next car will be a Mitsubishi Paul says, "Sure! Nothing ever held up to my job this well."

Now in semi-retirement and planning to be fully retired in November, Paul hopes to be back on the road with a full itinerary of leisure activities. It seems his trusty Endeavor is up to the task. Happy travels Paul.
