Generally, MMCA will review your account's payment history to determine the rate, payment, and terms of the refinancing. However, some customers may be pre-approved for refinancing or their loan may have originated in a restricted state, which will obligate Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America to grant refinancing at the current terms regardless of payment history. Some states have restrictions. Please refer to your contract for specific restrictions for your state. With your Diamond Advantage Plan (DAP) there is also an option to turn in your vehicle within the last 12 months. To do so the following must be completed:
There is no option to turn in the vehicle outside of 12 months. If your contract is for a Diamond Option Plan (DOP), there is no option to turn in the vehicle.
